Equitable Workplaces and Inclusive Leadership as a Strategic Business Imperative
Launched in January 2015, the CEO Gender Equity Pledge was a national, industry-focused initiative that was co-created by CEOs under the mission of equality for all women. Its success was rooted in engaging deliberately with companies committed to accelerating transformation within their organizations. The end result: an industry that collectively prioritized women's equity and inclusion in the workplace.
